Regarding the process, there are three guidelines to follow and three key points to understand.
The guidelines are:
1- Send photos, sketches, or anything else needed to explain the project so we can provide an initial, realistic (though unofficial) quote.
2- For bespoke projects designed from scratch, individual items must measure at least 25 cm in length and 20 cm in height. This minimum size requirement does not apply to keychains, other products already listed in our catalogue, or personalisation of existing catalogue products. Dimensions for these products are specified on the relevant product page or agreed in the quote.
3- Lead times depend on our current workload and the project's complexity; orders are generally processed in the order they are received, with exceptions made for projects requiring more detailed design and intensive labor.
The key points to understand are:
1- We receive inquiries from many people, so we allow ourselves up to a week to reply (though this is just a safety margin; we will try to get back to you much sooner).
2- To begin work—naturally, after the official quote has been received and accepted—a deposit (20%) is required to confirm the order and view the designs; the remaining balance (80%) is due when the item is ready for printing.
3- Courtesy comes first; we will do our utmost to ensure a happy, pleasant, and—above all—fast experience. However, certain technical processes take time that is beyond our control, and we hope for your understanding, just as we understand your needs.
